Thanks for stopping by. We are Mike and Becky Russell from Mississippi. We have been happily married for eight years. We have three boys with a baby just born September 2nd. We love spending time with our family and meeting new people.
Becky and I started making scented candles as a hobby. It was simply something to do that the whole family could get involved. It was not too long before people were approaching us wanting to buy our candles. What simply started as a Sunday afternoon hobby has since turned into a business. We soon became "Road Warriors" hitting every arts and crafts show in the area. We have since developed quite a following.
It seems as if it were yesterday that we were using a small pouring pot on the stove. This small pot would make two candles at a time. Those were the fun days.
We have focused on what our customers wanted in a scented candle and it all comes back to two things: Strong scent throw along with long burn times. We think that we do very well in both of these areas. We are continuously trying to improve.
Mike worked as a Mechanical designer and Becky has a degree in business. What better combination could a team ask for. We have the technical aspect as well as the business knowledge.
